CLASS CANCELLATIONS
It is always possible that a specific class must be cancelled if we do
not get enough enrollment. Always call the store and be sure your class begins on
the planned date.

Returns for Store Credit Only
Please do not ask for exceptions.
Store Yarn
Winding Policy
We will be glad to wind yarn purchased
from The Knitter's Cottage. There is a $2.00 winding fee for all other
yarn. Thank you for abiding by this policy.
Shop Etiquette
Please ... put your cell phones on vibrate
while you are shopping and/or taking classes (please!).
Consider leaving small children at home unless they are
especially quiet!
"Quick Fix" Policy:
We will be happy to help you with a "Quick Fix" on projects purchased at
The Cottage as time allows during the business day.

New Store Policy on Special Orders:
50% Pre-Pay.
We promise we will order it and let you know when it arrives ... ASAP!

Shop Snow Policy:
If we have 4 or more inches of snow, the shop will be closed until the back parking lot is
plowed. Call the shop during regular store hours to make sure we are open before you
brave the roads.

Are your Knitter's Cottage bags beginning to collect in the closet,
pile up in the pantry, or multiply in the mudroom?
Bring them in and we'll fill them up again for you!!
